Toritseju Ajuyah is a Legal Practitioner and an active member of the Bar Association. He is a seasoned real estate consultant who has handled several capital-intensive property transactions and he is very acquainted with history and customary law. His core interest in the profession is Medical Law, especially with regards to medical negligence. He is well grounded in Labour Law and is an outstanding negotiator and conciliator.

He has headed the legal department of CCECC Nigeria Limited, South-south/South-east Zone. Prior to that, he practiced law with the law firm of Emiko & Associates and Otubu Irikefe & Partners (Delta State) for a period of 6 years.

Ajuyah has written and delivered papers on the following topics: “The Issue of Gender Equality in Customary Inheritance”, “Scope of Wills Law in Nigeria, Ghana and England”, “Effect of Conditions and Warranties in Commercial Transactions”, “Medical Negligence in Nigeria”, “Appraising the Conflict of Rights and Ethics in Abortion for Legal Reform in Nigeria”.

• Had rich experience practicing in this field as one of the GC and Head, Legal at a leading multinational engineering and construction company in Africa.

• Effectively managed complex corporation tax issues of a leading multinational engineering and construction company in Africa.
