Contract

Agbareh v.Mimra [2008]

If parties enter into an agreement, they are bound by its terms, and either of them or the court cannot legally or properly read into the agreement terms on which the parties have not agreed and did not agree to. As a matter of fact, section 132 of the Evidence Act states that the only admissible evidence of a contract is the contract itself although the section recognises exceptions.
